On May 21st, 2011, Please Don’t Pet Me participated in a fund raising walk for National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Our team included three psychiatric service dog teams. We walked under the team name, “Team PDPM for NAMI.” Our team raised $350.00 for NAMI. There was a tremendous turnout and we plan to participate on an annual basis. We hope to increase the size of our team, each year!
